Help a local sporting initiative win £50,000

This is why Norwich Union is launching the 'Join Our Team' campaign on 3 June. The campaign aims to get the public involved in giving sporting initiatives around the country the chance to win valuable funding.

Simply by taking part in the Norwich Union City v City 10K run, you will become part of the team and have the chance to help a local sporting initiative win £50,000. £5 of your race entry fee will go towards the Norwich Union Join Our Team Fund, which aims to provide funding for more than 200 initiatives nationwide. You will get the chance to vote for the initiative you would like to win one of the bronze, silver or gold awards. The kinds of initiative you will be voting for include 'providing specialist sports facilities', 'creating sport pathways for all' and 'providing athletics training for young people of all capabilities'.
