GLASGOW (Strathclyde Park, 10.30am Start)
Starting at 10:30am, the Glasgow event takes place in the beautiful Strathclyde Country Park, which lies in 400 hectars of countryside in the valley of the River Clyde. Participants will enjoy the most fabulous scenery as they run alongside the stunning Loch whilst covering the fist few kilometers or the course, before running up on to the road passing alongside the mature woodland. They will then pass by the park's fun fair (not for the faint-hearted), before finally returning to the tranquility of the Loch as they cover the last few kilometers. The 10K course will primarily take place on the park pathways with the course typography being flat in the main with relatively few inclines.
Strathclyde Country Park is firmly established as one of Scotland's leading centres for outdoor recreation and will provide a stunning setting for the final stage of Norwich Union's City v City 10K series.
